Tomb Raider and Rise of the Tomb raider follow a story, and I highly suggest you play it. Probably the first because it’s the best in the trilogy, then Rise if you liked it, and then Shadow if you liked that. However, the violence in Lara Croft, particularly in the final fight scene, remains at the higher end of the 12 spectrum even today, with some heavy blows and kicks. There is some mild cursing here and there, but if the rating for the film was based off of harsh language alone it would likely be rated PG and not PG-13. “Tomb Raider” does neither of these things. When we completed our initial playthrough, we had played between eight and 10 hours with about 60% in-game completion. When playing Shadow of the Tomb Raider on normal difficulty and ignoring most side content, players can complete the main story in a little less than 10 hours.

Even trashy mods like these, this is mere exploitation of a digital character, not anybody that actually exists, and is non-violent in nature, so i don't see what is wrong with it tbh. They are a creative medium, an artform just like all the artforms that came before it.
Videogames need to be able to portray different kinds of experiences as well.
